Please read the following information regarding changes to our service during this pandemic:
*All appointments are contact-less for the duration of this pandemic, please ensure that your bikes are outside when we show up & that our mechanics can maintain 2 meters distance from you at all times. We are now only accept e-transfer or credit card payments (no cash or cheques)
*Our mechanics are wearing clean & sterile nitrile gloves at each appointment, disinfecting all bikes before & after working on them, as well as right before delivery. We are also wearing gloves while working on your bikes & sanitizing our tools & workbenches daily
*We ask that you please wipe down your bikes & clean excessive mud/dirt off of them in order to help us do a thorough job of disinfecting your bikes.
*If you (or anyone you have been in contact with) are feeling or exhibiting any cold, flu or Covid-19 symptoms, for the health & safety of everyone, please cancel or hold off booking an appointment. We have zero tolerance for any disregard of this policy, our mechanics have been instructed to walk away from any situation & bike that they feel may compromise their health & safety, or that of our clients. Health related cancellations will be given priority booking once you are healthy & cleared.
*We ask that for your patience & understanding during these challenging times. We have had to adapt our usual business operations in response to Covid-19 a number of times already, & expect to need to continue to do so. This can possibly lead to longer repair periods or wait times
*Thank you so much for continuing to support us through this pandemic! We know that cycling is an important part of your transportation options as well as your physical/mental/emotional health during these monumental shifts in the way we live our lives, & truly consider it our duty to help our community (that includes you!) through this in any way we can.
Stay safe, stay home, & much love. We'll get through this together
